Alc/vol: 40% Is an apricot flavored spirit that is not sweet. Whole fresh apricots are picked, then crushed to extract the juice. The juice is then fermented, and distilled to become apricot spirit (eau-de-vie). Apricot spirit is clear, colorless and is produced in Austria, Switzerland and other european countries. Best enjoyed straight up or straight up cold. |
