Alc/vol: 40% to 45% Is a raspberry flavored spirit. Raspberries picked and pressed to extract the juice. The juice is fermented then distilled to become raspberry spirit (eau-de-vie). It is clear, colorless and is produced in France, Switzerland and other european countries. Best enjoyed straight up cold in a cognac snifter as an after dinner drink. |
