 Tbsp. Granulated sugar for coating rim of glass

 Oz. silver tequila

Directions: • Rub rim of a Martini glass with a small piece of grapefruit (left over after juicing the fruit) and dip in granulated sugar to coat. Chill glass while making drink. • Whisk together grapefruit juice and superfine sugar in a small bowl until sugar has dissolved. Add juice, tequila, and Campari to a cocktail shaker three fourths full of ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds, then strain into Martini
