| Directions: | Pour hot coffee in. Rest a tablespoon on top of the cup and put the sugar cube in it. Soak the sugar with the brandy. After the spoon heats up, ignite the sugar. Hold until the flame burns out and pour into the brandy mixture into the coffee. Float half-and-half on top. |
