| Directions: | Shake and strain the butterscotch schnapps, Irish cream and cinnamon schnapps into a glass. Float the Sambuca, then sprinkle Cinnamon or Nutmeg into drink. Just before presentation, flame the drink. As the Sambuca burns, the cinnamon will sparkle. |
