Directions: Blend cinnamon vodka, white creme de cacao, cream liqueur and ice cream with cracked ice in a blender for about 10 seconds until texture is thick and smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and float raspberry vodka on top. Add a dollop of whipped cream and serve with a teaspoon.
