| Directions: | Add the blue curacao with 1/3 cup of crushed ice to a blender, and blend until slushy. Pour the banana liqueur, coconut rum and pineapple juice into a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and pour into a glass. Pour the slushy blue curacao over the back of a spoon into the glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve. |
