Directions: Muddle a pineapple wedge, orange and lemon with cherry liqueur in the bottom of a glass. Add the sake and shake with ice. Strain over crushed ice and top with a splash of soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint, the remaining fruit wedges and serve.
