 Oz. Vanilla Schnapps

 Oz. Apricot Brandy

 Oz. Apricot Nectar

 Oz. Heavy Cream
Ground Green Cardamom

Directions: Shake all ingredients (except cardamom) with ice and pour into a glass. Grind green cardomom on top. (This is extremely important, and gives the drink its characteristic purfume.) Garnish with fruit and serve.
