| Directions: | Peel and slice the lemons; place the peel into a saucepan. Add sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves and 3 cups of water. Set over a medium-high heat and stir frequently. Allow the water to reach the boil, then turn heat down to minimum. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and return to the pan. Add the whiskey and heat. |
