| Directions: | Pour ginger beer into a Rocks glass over ice. Float the rum on top; garnish with lime wedge and a swizzle stick. After serving, squeeze lime juice into glass and stir. *Note: We suggest using a darker, less sweet rum to avoid the medicinal taste that some other rums create when mixed with ginger beer. |
