| Directions: | Combine the irish cream, vanilla extract, light cream, vanilla ice cream and banana in a blender with one scoop of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Garnish with a cherry. Add a slice of banana on a cocktail pick and place across the top and serve. |
