Restaurant, Bar and Establishment Owner’s Payment Terms and Conditions:
ALL RESTAURANT, BAR AND ESTABLISHMENT OWNERS THAT HAVE PURCHASE A LISTING PACKAGE AND/OR PACKAGES FROM HAPPY HOUR, INC. HEREBY AUTHORIZE AND AGREE TO ALLOW HAPPY HOUR, INC. TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON A MONTHLY BASIS (RECURRING) FOR A MINIMUM OF SIX MONTHS.
ESTABLISHMENTS THAT SIGN A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT CAN CANCEL THEIR LISTING ANYTIME AFTER THE SIX MONTHS ARE UP. ESTABLISHMENTS THAT SIGN A SIX MONTH CONTRACT CAN CANCEL THEIR LISTING ANYTIME AFTER THE SIX MONTHS ARE UP. ESTABLISHMENTS THAT SIGN A ONE YEAR CONTRACT CAN CANCEL THEIR LISTING ANYTIME AFTER THE TWELVE MONTHS ARE UP.
IN THE EVENT THAT A RESTAURANT, BAR OR ESTABLISHMENT OWNER WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THEIR LISTING (AFTER THE SIX/TWELVE MONTHS), HAPPY HOUR, INC. WILL CANCEL AND DELETE THE LISTING WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING AN EMAIL STATING THE REQUESTOR'S NAME, ESTABLISHMENT AND ZIP CODE AT CANCEL@HAPPY-HOUR.COM (YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL). THE ESTABLISHMENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE CURRENT MONTH IN WHICH THEY CANCELED AND WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR FUTURE MONTHS.
YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WILL SHOW "HAPPY HOUR, INC." AS THE BILLING COMPANY FOR THIS TRANSACTION. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE EMAIL US AT SALES@HAPPY-HOUR.COM.
