Bacon-Infused Honey Old Fashioned

|Directions:||1. Cook 4 – 6 slices bacon 2. Eat bacon 3. Pour whiskey into a bowl 4. Strain bacon grease into whiskey 5. Let sit 3 – 5 hours 5. Place mixture into freezer until fat has solidified (roughly 20 minutes) 6. Use a slotted spoon to scoop fat out of whiskey 8. No matter how tempting, don't eat the whiskey – bacon – fat. 9. Funnel whiskey back into bottle/storage container 10. Make Old Fashioned by muddling 2 dashes Agnostura bitters, one cherry, one orange wedge, and a splash of water in a glass then adding 2 oz bacon whiskey goodness and ice. Add a tsp. of honey to give it a sweet kick.|
